Khalifa gets note from Qaboos

Abu Dhabi - The President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has received a note from His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said of Oman, regarding the fraternal relations between the two brotherly countries and ways of boosting them in various fields.

Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, received the message during a meeting with Hussein bin Ali Abdulatif, Advisor at the Omani Diwan of the Royal Court, in the former’s office at the Presidential Palace.

During the meeting, they discussed ways to develop the existing cooperation between the UAE and the Sultanate of Oman and ways of enhancing them in various fields to achieve the common interests between the two brotherly peoples.

The meeting was attended by Ahmed Juma Al Za’abi, Deputy Minister for Presidential Affairs; Hamad bin Abdul Rahman Al Midfa, Secretary-General of the Federal Supreme Council Affairs at the Ministry of Presidential Affairs; and Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Ali al Qatabi, Ambassador of Oman to the UAE.
