Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment says residents of housing complexes developed by the entity who want to make modifications to their property, will no longer require pre-approval.
The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment has announced that it has cancelled the pre-approval process for residents seeking to alter or modify their homes, in an effort to ease procedures for its customers.
Abdullah Al Shehhi, the Director of the Engineering Projects Foundation at the establishment, said that residents of housing complexes developed by the entity who want to make additions and/or modifications to their property, will no longer require pre-approval.
Al Shehhi went on to say that the organisation’s Department of Housing Services had also stopped carrying out inspection campaigns on housing complexes, and that it will liaise with Dubai Municipality to handle inspections.
