"I met my brother Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid at Al Marmoom, where we discussed Covid-19 and public health and safety. Under the direction of our The President, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, all resources were made available to ensure public safety. We are all partners in facing this challenge," he tweeted.
Earlier today, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, said that Dubai placed the highest priority on ensuring the safety of its residents.
He met the various teams in the emirate at the forefront of handling the preventive measures to contain the coronavirus.
"I would like to thank all federal and local entities for your efforts to ensure our safety. You are our first line of defence. Everyone should abide by the directives issued by relevant authorities with the aim of protecting the health of our community," Sheikh Hamdan said.
