The Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge is managed by Troon Golf with Avis Rent a Car and ABB as the main sponsors of the event.
Co-sponsors of the Challenge are Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas, ECCO and Crystal Gallery along with the media sponsors being Khaleej Times in addition to Golf Digest.
The tournament hosted over 100 players and a number of different events, highlighting the popularity of the Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge throughout the Middle East region.
The triumph of the second round went to Mike Schlinke and Helmut Franek with a net score of 64. Mike Schlinke and Helmut Franek now have the opportunity to compete in the Grand Finale on Thursday, April 26th at Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai.
Ray Bruhn and Kevin Ross followed closely in second place with Sam and Rob Jones who landed in third place. During the course of the tournament there were a number of other winners such as Karen Black, Hanne Hansen, Mohammed Al Sayed and Dena Wales who all participated, and won in the event ‘The Longest Drive and the Nearest Pin’, sponsored by ECCO.
