MATERA, BASILICATA
Matera is crowned as the European Capital of Culture 2019. COURMAYEUR, VAL D'AOSTA
From Basilicata, we go back to the top of the Country to reach Valle D'Aosta, the region that will be the big protagonist of Giro d'Italia 2019. At the slopes of the Mont Blanc, on May 25, the stage in Val D'Aosta, which forecasts the start from Saint-Vincent and after 131 km of slopes, tops and woods, it reaches Courmayeur, precisely in front of the futuristic cableway named Skyway. With the highest European mountain as background, enjoy the beauty of this Alpine town.

LIVIGNO, LOMBARDIA
 If you are in love with winter sports and with the designer (and discounted) shopping, you must visit the city of Livigno in 2019. Located on the Alta Valtellina and surrounded by green woods and amazing snowy mountains, this town belonging to the province of Sondrio is waiting for you with almost 160 km of skiing paths, several alpine itineraries to be crossed both during summer and winter, thousands of events to be done on the snow and the most fashionable of the après-ski. An amazing place to spend the Christmas holidays, among the Christmas markets that could be reached using the Bernina Express, the magical red train from Tirano.

RECANATI, MARCHE
Recanati means Leopardi, the famous Italian poet: that's why the art and culture lovers must do this trip among the places connected with him in the small city belonging to Marche region. The town official belongs to the important collection of Literary Italian parks and, in specific dates proposes a "night walk under the moonlight" named "Colle dell'Infinito Experience" (from the famous poem, Infinito). In these occasions, the hills will be highlighted by the Oscar set-designer Dante Ferretti in collaboration with iGuzzini Illuminazione. BENEVENTO, CAMPANIA
The Terra dei Sanniti will identify itself as an amazing discovery for slow tourism. Its capital Benevento is a casket of delights: the Traiano's Arch which is perfectly maintained, the Roman Theatre made by Adriano, the mannerist architecture, the hortus conclusus and the Longboard Churches. The city and the overall territory could be discovered through a historical train thanks to amazing initiatives promoted by the Campania Region and by the Fondazione FS Italiane which is named Sannio Express. With the recovery of the ancient line "Napoli-Pietralcina-Bosco Redole" done in 2018, the steam locomotive and the periods' automobiles Centoparte (the 1930s) and Corbellini (1950s) start to travel discovering Sannio and the trip will also continue this year!
