A UK-based woman opened her fridge to find all chocolates were locked in a secret lockbox put inside by her fiancé.
Stacey Lowe fumed at her partner Dave Williams for installing a 'chocolate safe' so that he could curb her love of desserts. But when a disgruntled Lowe took to Facebook to blast her fiancé, she was met with criticism online as most people praised her partner's idea, according to reports in Daily Mail.
Lowe wrote in her post: 'So this is what it has come to. You buy a house together, have a child together, get engaged, are planning a wedding and doing your house up and this happens'. She further wrote that her partner's action calls for a break-up and sought netizens' views.
One person praised Lowe's partner and wrote: 'What a brilliant way to stop me from gorging on chocolate late at night', while another wrote: 'I would do this if we lived together'. But there were others who thought it was awful idea. One person agreeing with Lowe wrote: 'Why would anyone do this to their spouse'.
Moreover, Lowe's fierce post turned out to be hilarious as plenty of people who were not aware such a lockbox existed asked for more information about it in the comments. And Lowe had to rely with a link to the product and wrote the clear container with is called 'Lockabox'.
