UK's Westminster Court rejected the bail application of fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi for the third time.
Next hearing to be held 28 days. The Indian billionaire was arrested by Scotland Yard on March 19 in connection with the Rs13,000 crore ($2 billion) Punjab National Bank (PNB) loan default case.
He is currently serving a prison term in a London jail. His bail has already been rejected twice before as he fights his extradition case in the PNB fraud and money laundering case amounting to up to $2 billion.
