In a city that rarely slows down, much of its rhythm is powered by those constantly on the move. From early-morning grocery runs to late-night meal deliveries, Dubai’s delivery riders have become an integral part of everyday life, often working long hours behind the scenes.

In a thoughtful gesture that recognises their contribution, Dubai Dolphinarium has introduced a special initiative offering these riders a chance to step away from the rush and experience something a little more adventurous.

What’s on offer?

Delivery riders can enjoy free access to the high-energy Dolphin & Seal Presentation, where trained dolphins and seals take centre stage with playful stunts, acrobatic flips and choreographed routines inside a fully air-conditioned arena.

Whether as a quick solo break or a family outing in between shifts, it offers an easy, feel-good experience.

How to claim free entry

The offer runs from March 15 to 22, valid for the 11am and 2pm shows. Riders simply need to present their Emirates ID at the Dubai Dolphinarium ticket counter (Creek Park, Gate 1).

Entry is limited to the first 500 seats per show on a first-come, first-served basis. Note that Creek Park entry (Dh5) is charged separately by Dubai Municipality, so arriving early is advised.

Why it matters

In many ways, delivery riders keep the city’s fast-paced lifestyle running, especially during peak seasons like Ramadan, when demand surges.

Timed ahead of Eid Al Fitr, the initiative not only offers a moment of relaxation, but also reflects a broader culture of appreciation for the people who keep our daily life moving.

Venue quick facts

Dubai Dolphinarium, the UAE’s first indoor Dolphin & Seal Show venue, is known for its family-friendly entertainment, including exotic bird shows and interactive swim-with-dolphins experiences (closed Tuesdays).

It remains a popular choice for residents looking for fun outings, though for this week, the spotlight remains firmly on giving back.

More community-led offers

Alongside this initiative, several other attractions across the UAE are also stepping in with community-focused gestures.

This includes Entertainer Dubai deals, Eid offers and discounted access to venues such as Atlantis Aquaventure and Miracle Garden, adding to the many ways residents and visitors can relax and unwind.
