Hollywood star Terry Crews signs up for Binghatti Aquarise flat in Dubai

Hollywood actor and television personality Terry Crews has a new apartment in Dubai to call his own. He signed for an apartment at Binghatti Aquarise during the projects launch.

Now, this wasn’t any old signing of ownership papers; this was handover that occurred live on state at the Coca-Cola Arena, where Crews was the host. The launch drew 12,000 people.

With this development, he joins the ranks of celebrity homeowners such as Neymar Jr., Andrea Bocelli, and Aymeric Laporte.

Construction on the project, in Business Bay, has begun and is scheduled for completion in March 2027.

The project comprises 1,598 units, offering a selection of studios, one-, two-, three-and four-bedroom residences, and exclusive royal suites. One of the coolest features of the build-up will be a 27,000-plus square foot artificial beach. Other facilities include an indoor gym and an infinity pool measuring 44 metres in length and 12 metres in width.
