Heal smart, be smart

For those who missed this workshop, the next scheduled one will be in November 14 to 15, this year, at the Trade Centre, where Petra will run a two-day session. The first one, 'Jin Shin Jyutsu for Neck and Shoulder Pains' workshop will be for those who have already attended a five-day workshop and will concentrate on flows for the neck and shoulders and lots of hands on and exchanges.

The next one which will take place at Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs in Al Barsha, entail three self-help books and lots of details on how one can help themselves to overcome all kinds of disharmonies that attack the body, spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally. Since this workshop is taking place at Al Noor, it is definitely beneficial for people who care for challenged and special needs children and adults to attend.
