From Instagram reels to X (formerly Twitter) threads, the clip quickly gained traction, sparking intense discussion about whether Hania had secretly tied the knot.

The now-viral video shows glimpses of Hania Aamir dancing joyfully alongside singer Asim Azhar. What truly caught fans’ attention, however, was the setting.
The décor featured elaborate floral arrangements, warm festive lighting, and mehndi-style setups typically seen at traditional Pakistani wedding functions. Guests appeared dressed in coordinated festive outfits, and the overall ambience strongly resembled a pre-wedding celebration.
Given the long-standing buzz surrounding Hania and Asim’s relationship, social media users were quick to connect the dots. Many assumed that the couple had finally decided to get married, possibly in a private ceremony.
Despite the convincing visuals, the viral clip was not from a real wedding ceremony.
It was later clarified that the video was actually from Hania Aamir’s 29th birthday celebration. The actress chose a unique wedding-themed concept for her party, incorporating mehndi décor and bridal-inspired aesthetics to create a playful and festive atmosphere.

Hania herself shared the complete video from the event and addressed the confusion. She explained that the celebration was intentionally designed to look like a wedding function, purely for fun.
In the video, she even jokes about how people have long been eager to see her get married, so she decided to stage a “fake wedding” as part of her birthday festivities.
Hania Aamir and Asim Azhar have been linked since 2018, when fans first speculated about a romantic relationship between them. Reports suggested that the pair parted ways around 2020–21, and Hania later referred to them publicly as “just friends.”
In the years that followed, Asim Azhar got engaged to influencer Merub Ali. However, the engagement was mutually called off in June 2025, once again bringing attention back to his equation with Hania.
As of now, neither Hania Aamir nor Asim Azhar has confirmed any romantic relationship.
