Barely a month after its release, Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar has already set numerous records at the Indian and global box office. There may be more.

The film has entered 2026 with the "aim of emerging as the highest-grossing Hindi film ever", according to the trade analyst Taran Adarsh.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar has raked in Rs 766.90 crore (Dh313.4 million approximately) in India so far.

Adarsh wrote on X, "The film continues its phenomenal, record-smashing run, with business on the fourth Wednesday staying in double digits." This, according to him, makes it the only Hindi film to achieve this feat.

Made in two parts, the first instalment follows released on December 5, 2025. The second part is scheduled to be released on March 19.

Dhurandhar features performances by Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Rakesh Bedi and Sanjay Dutt.
