With 24 short-term courses, the university is set to introduce medical professionals and prospective students to a new set of career choices.
International faculty and experts will deliver the courses ranging from clinical nutrition to basic Arabic for healthcare professionals. Some of the other programmes on offer include medical billing and coding, medical insurance billing, nutrition for sports and human performance, basic surgical skills among others.
The courses were launched recently in the presence of Shaikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman; Dr Veerappa Moily, Indian Minister of Corporate Affairs; and members of the Ruler’s Court.
The university hosts students from 54 countries in its medical programmes.
