The City University College of Ajman (CUCA) recently signed an agreement with the Middlesex University, London for a collaborative ‘2 plus 2’ degree completion programme.
According to the agreement, eligible students, who complete the first two years of their bachelor degree at the CUCA, can transfer for the last two years to Middlesex, UK and attain a BA (Honours) degree in International Business Administration.
The partnership will greatly benefit students who want to earn a bachelor degree at Middlesex UK, by providing them the opportunity to study the first two years at the CUCA. The CUCA has been focusing on international collaborations, having signed partnership agreements with Mantissa College, Malaysia; AMIDEAST, Dubai; and the International Students Exchange Program (ISEP), USA.
“We are trying our best to cater to the growing demands of today’s competitive job market,” said Imran Khan, president, CUCA.
“Through our international collaborations, we give our students a chance to attain an international degree, without having to relocate in the first two years. In addition, via our partnership with ISEP, students get the opportunity to experience an international educational environment, for one or two terms, without any long-term commitment of enrolment or relocation.”
The CUCA also signed a ‘2 plus 2’ academic collaborative partnership with Mantissa College, Malaysia, whereby students with majors in marketing can complete their bachelor degree at Mantissa, after completion of two years at the CUCA. Students following this path will be awarded their degree by the Victoria University of Switzerland, with which Mantissa College has a further collaboration.
The CUCA is an institution of higher learning, based in Ajman, which is accredited by UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and focuses on providing top-quality education to its students, preparing them to compete in the global labour market and foster their personal growth.
