After Tuesday's phenomenally popular in-store meet & greet event at Temperley London, The Dubai Mall, the eponymous talent behind the brand, Alice Temperley, is making her way to the UAE capital on Thursday evening to attend the annual Abu Dhabi Dream Ball in a bid to raise funds for the improvement of vital health care for tens of thousands of Syrian refugee women and children who are based in Lebanon.
Donations will be generated through a charity auction with a variety of unique items on offer.
"I'm excited to see what it's about," Temperley told us about the gala when we met in Dubai's financial district on Wednesday. "It's an amazing cause and hopefully everybody does what they should be doing and raise some proper funds for what's happening over there. It's the right thing to be doing and I'm very happy to support that."
The MBE-awarded designer is donating a once-in-a-lifetime luxury bundle to the auction, which she hopes will ignite a bidding war and drum up more cash for those in need.
"We've offered a weekend stay in the Corinthia Hotel in London where you can come and I will make you a dress and we'll have breakfast. So I hope whoever I meet, who bids for that, will be great and inspiring and we can have a fun weekend."
