The student, also Emirati, told the prosecutor that the two defendants took him in their car on the pretext of talking to him when he was with his friends in Hor Al Anz.

They forcefully took him with them to the house of another Emirati student. The student said that they grabbed him by his neck and made him go along. It was after 9pm on a day in January. In a room, they molested him one after the other under threats of beating him.

The other student, a 17-year-old Emirati, said that the duo and the victim were his friends. On that night, they came to his room and asked him to go out and his mother to make food. A police lieutenant said that the complaint was filed on January 28.

The defendants alleged the teen rode with him willingly and that he never answered when they told him they wanted to have sex with him. They also claimed they had sex with him with his own consent.

The jobless told the officer that he had sex with the student many times earlier in the same way. Semen stains were lifted off pieces of clothes found in the room, of which the DNA matched with the defendants’.
