Colonel Abdul Rahman Obaidalla, Director of Murraqabat Police Station, said a police patrol noticed two Arabs stopping a tourist while he was photographing a tourist spot.

The suspects, acting as police officials, told the tourist that he was not allowed to photograph the spot. The two then pretended to call a police patrol to take him to the police station. The duo asked the tourist to hand over his wallet, which they did not return. When they saw the police, they got scared and tried to escape, but the police officials arrested them.
