Two men have been charged in the Court of First Instance for allegedly running a flat in Dubai as a den for prostitution and exploiting several women in the flesh trade.
According to public prosecution records, the two Nigerian men, aged 28 and 33, had trespassed into the flat to carry out the illegal activities.
The case dates back to November 1, 2017, and the incident was reported at Al Rashidiyah police station. A female accomplice from Cameroon, 32, has been charged in the case with working in prostitution. All three denied the charges.
They are charged with trespassing into a flat in the English cluster, International City, that belonged to an Arab man. The three defendants have been placed in detention.
