Six arrested over worker’s murder
The Dubai Police have arrested six suspects for allegedly killing their friend during a brawl near a labour accommodation in Al Quoz area in Dubai last Friday.
Brigadier Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Director of the General Department of Criminal Investigation, said that two of the suspects killed the victim while the others participated in the brawl which ended in the murder.
He said that one of the suspects was arrested in Al Ain as he fled Dubai after committing the crime.
Major Humaid Ahmed Al Marri, Director of the Criminal Investigation Department, said that the police received information about a fight in a labour accommodation, which led to the death of an Asian.
The police rushed to the site and found that the victim was stabbed in stomach and was bleeding.
