The Sharjah Police have ruled out suicide as the cause of death of an Indian national found dead in the trash bin of a residential building in Al Nahda area, on Thursday, September 8.
Police source said that the 26-year-old Indian is believed to have fallen down the garbate chute from the 15th floor, while picking something up. CCTV footage at the scene shows the man walking down a long corridor holding a black plastic bag at about 3:30pm, before turning into the trash disposal area and not reemerging afterward.
Although many people testified to the police that they believed he had committed suicide, police have ruled that out as a cause and are continuing their investigation.
