Telco’s AGM to approve cash dividends of 40 fils per share for H2 of 2023
According to the case, the sequents of events started years ago when the duo met at a spot in another emirate where they consumed too much alcohol and willingly, yet unconsciously, sodomised each other. Later, the man who was stabbed threatened to disgrace the other if he refused to do whatever he asked him to do. This way, over a period of several years, he collected more than Dh50,000.
In his plea before the court, the accused said he could not help but stab his friend when he tried to sexually assault him. The wounded man was shifted to the hospital and the police were alerted. The injured man denied his friend’s allegations.
The court adjourned the case to May 7 to hear all testimonies and pleas.
