Man jumps from 8th-floor and dies
An Indian man in his thirties allegedly committed suicide by jumping from his eighth-floor apartment in a residential building in Al Nahda area of Sharjah in the early hours of Monday.
The police were informed about the incident by a neighbour. A team of CID officers, patrols, forensic experts and ambulance reached the building immediately but the man had already died.
The body has been shifted to the forensic laboratory for autopsy The police collected evidence and interrogated some persons who said the man had been facing some financial issues, but not that severe to force him to end his life.
The police confirmed that there was no criminal act behind the death.
