Eid timings for visiting prison inmates

The Dubai Police has specified the dates and timings for visiting prison inmates during Eid Al Adha.
The General Department of Punitive and Corrective Establishments has divided the visit periods for the guests of inmates into two periods for men and one for women.
On the first and second days of the Eid holidays, 8 am to 11 am is marked for visits by men of all nationalities and 2:30 pm to 5 pm is for women of all nationalities.
Male visitors of Arab nationalities can visit the prison of misdemeanours and offences, women's and juvenile jails between 8 am and 11 am on the first day of Eid, and female visitors of Arab nationalities between 2.30 pm to 5 pm. Visitors of all nationalities can see inmates at these prisons on the second day of Eid, with the same timings applicable to men and women.
Brigadier Ali Al Shamali, director of the Punitive and Correctional Establishments department stated the administration's keenness to keep the inmates in touch with their families and to bring them happiness during the occasion of Eid.
