A team from the department rushed to Al Mamzar area and saw the 38-year-old African businessman sitting in the back seat of a taxi which was moving slowly. The officers followed the vehicle and intervened while the cab stopped at a red signal. The police team surrounded the vehicle and arrested the suspect.
