Former South African captain AB de Villiers announced his retirement from all forms of cricket on Wednesday.
The cricketer made the announcement through a video he posted on social media.

"I have made a big decision today," de Villiers said on his Twitter account as he shared a video declaring his retirement from cricket.
AB de Villiers thanked his fans for all their support during his career.
The cricketer has scored 22 hundreds in the 114 Test matches he has played, and 25 centuries in 228 one-day internationals. He averages above 50 in both formats of the game.
