Hampshire's Rose Bowl ground will stage its first Test during a three-match series between England and Sri Lanka that will be followed by a Twenty20 international and five one-day internationals.
England then play India in a four Test series ahead of a Twenty20 international and a five-match one-day series.
ECB chief executive David Collier said: "With India currently the number one ranked Test side in the ICC Test Rankings and Sri Lanka in third place, England supporters can expect to see two exciting Test series against high quality opposition.
"Both teams will also provide a tough challenge for England in the shorter forms of the game in what promises to be a highly competitive and entertaining summer of international cricket all round."
