Ibsons were sent crashing by hostile bowling spells from Shafaqat Ali who bagged the first three wickets to send them reeling to 18 runs for 3 wickets. Salman Khan and Naveed Haider then continued to torment Ibsons batsmen not letting them settle down. Only a gritty 21 runs from Shafique Ahmed and 18 runs from Fayyaz Ahmed saved them from total destruction as they were bowled out for 69 runs in 16 overs with all three bowlers bagging three wickets each.

Seven Seas openers Waqas Ahmed (18), and Ghulam Shabbir ensured a good start for their team putting on 46 runs in five overs to put them on the victory path as Ghulam made a rapid fire 39 runs in 32 balls hitting a six and three fours while Waqas hit four boundaries for his 16 runs before both were consumed by Fayyaz Ahmed. Hasnain Raza and Salman then completed the formalities to see Seven Seas Strikers win by eight wickets. Salam Khan pipped Shafqat Ali for the man of the match award.
