Dubal White outplay Shah XI in Ramadan tourney
DUBAI — Dubal White beat Shah XI by four wickets in the Dubai Aluminium Company LTD’s Ramadan Tournament, a press release said.
Batting first, Shah XI scored 127 for 8 in 20 overs with Atif making 41 while Khalid scored 23. Dubal White’s most successful bowlers were Saad (3/21) and Atif Shah (2/31).
In reply, Dubal White achieved the victory in 16 overs as they made 128/6. Kaleem (24) and Sufaid Khan (21) did well with the bat while Khalid (4/13) was Shah XI’s best bowler.
In the second encounter, Afridi CC beat Globelink Weststar Shipping by three wickets. Batting first, Globelink Weststar Shipping scored 203 for 6 in 20 overs. Krishna (89), Sujith (40), Rejas (40) shone with the bat and Shazad (4/30) was Afridi CC’s best bowler.
Chasing the target of 204, Afridi CC achieved victory in 19.5 overs losing seven wickets.
