Butt’s all-round show guides Adma-Opco to last eight

ABU DHABI - Rafiq Butt produced a vintage performance with the bat and ball to lead Adma-Opco to the last eight in the ADCC Twenty20 Summer League division two tournament over the weekend. The veteran all-rounder scored a breezy 40 not out and took four for 19 from his four overs to lead his team to a convincing 96-run win over Bin Ham.

The openers Asim Khurshid and Saqib Shah hit swashbuckling half centuries as William Hare Abu Dhabi Gymkhana made short work of their 126-run target against Abu Dhabi Gentlemen, knocking off the winning runs in just 8.3 overs.
