Aryan Thapar (173) and Ethan Jud (129) set a new record in the Junior Challenge Cup, a tournament organised by Maxtalent under the auspices of the Emirates Cricket Board, a press release said.

Thapar and Jud shared a massive 344-run first wicket partnership for DCC DPS in the under-11 match against Spring Sports Academy, Cheetah.


Inspired by the fantastic display of attacking batting by Thapar and Jud, DCC DPS beat Spring Sports Academy, Cheetah, by 229 runs in the T20 tournament that has seen four centuries so far.

Aryan’s unbeaten 173 came off 67 balls (21 fours and 11 sixes).


In reply, Springs Academy were all out for 115, with Maanasa Makesh top scoring with 22.
