KMCC president Shukoorali Kallungal said the initiative was rolled out so that the less fortunate can also mark the occasion in festive spirits. “This Eid is different for mankind. People are in distress. Our effort is only to offer little support. There are those who are stranded, some are stuck here on visit visa, others lost their jobs or facing pay cuts. We want to bring a smile on those faces. At least let them forget their miseries for a while,” Kallungal said.
