Emirates airline has issued an advisory for flyers amid the coronavirus outbreak, urging customers to check entry requirements for countries before travelling.

In a statement issued on its website on Sunday, the Dubai-based carrier said:

Advisory to customers to check entry requirements of final destination
Due to the differing entry restrictions imposed by several countries to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus, customers are strongly advised to check the specific entry guidelines & restrictions for their final destination before travelling.
Customers are also advised to check the website for the latest flight updates, rebooking and refund options. To receive update notifications,customers are requested to ensure their contact details are correct by visiting Manage Your Booking.
