Dubai - Here are the some of the guidelines you can follow in your work place.
1. Promote regular teleworking across your organization: If there is an outbreak of Covid-19 in your community the health authorities may advise people to avoid public transport and crowded places. Teleworking will help your business keep operating while your employees stay safe.
2. Clean regularly: Surfaces (desks and tables) and objects (telephones, keyboards) need to be wiped with disinfectant regularly.
3. Stay at home if someone from your community is sick: Brief your "employees, contractors and customers" that if Covid-19 starts spreading in your community anyone with even a mild cough or low-grade fever needs to stay at home.
4. Ensure facemasks or paper tissues are available at all times: Ensure that facemasks and/or paper tissues are available at your work places, for those who develop a runny nose or cough at work, along with closed bins to hygienically dispose masks and tissues.
5. Abide by travel advisories: Advise employees and contractors to comply with national travel advisories before going on business trips and avoid being in large groups.

7. Encourage repeated hand-washing: Hand sanitizer dispensers should be placed in prominent places. Provide facility for workers, contractors and clients to wash their hands with soap and water.
