Dubai - Kids ran to their parents, with a little girl even trying to climb her way up the platform to kiss mummy right away.
In a video shared by Mohap, children of Covid-19 frontliners are seen walking into a cinema hall, thinking that they are about to watch a movie. But when the video clip started rolling on the big screen, their eyes grew wide - as they saw their parents, thanking them for being patient as they spend every day at home without mummy or daddy around.
"Mama will be back and will make it up to you," one of the medics said in a message to her kids.
"You are in my heart. See this heart? This is for you, Shahid," said another, as she put her hands together to form a heart.
The children were seen wiping their tears as they watched the video message. Little did they know, their parents were just at the back stage, ready to hug and kiss them again.
At the end of every video clip, Mohap revealed the 'real surprise', creating an emotional reunion on stage. Kids ran to their parents, with a little girl even trying to climb her way up the platform to kiss mummy right away. As every family huddled in a big, tight hug, tears were everywhere. Clearly, it was a precious moment for all of them.
Mohap ended the video with a message of gratitude for the country's Covid-19 frontliners: "Thank you for your patience. Have a blessed Eid."
