A man in Puerto Rico was filmed putting a child at risk as he pushed the toddler seated on a swing suspended from the ceiling of a balcony of a high-rise building.
The heart-stopping video shows the man dangerously swinging the child nearly 80 feet off the ground from an apartment balcony. The 12-second clip was filmed and shared by Jonathan Padilla, a journalist for the Mexican Herald, following which the man has been slammed online.
According to a Mirror.co.uk report, the man was reportedly the father of the little girl who was swinging her high into the air from the eighth floor balcony of the building. It is also reported that there was no apparent safety equipment attached on the swing.

The video has been widely shared on Reddit and users have criticised the man for putting the child's life at risk. One person wrote: 'Just because you cannot go to the park does not mean you can risk your child's life'. While another wrote: 'Just watching this gives me that dropping feeling in my stomach like when going down a hill on a roller coaster'.
After sharing the clip, Padilla, said: "A man swung his underage daughter on the balcony of his apartment during this  coronavirus quarantine."
Many people have pointed out that the man's irresponsible action could have turned into a fatal accident had the child slipped and fallen off the swing.
