Shop and restaurant employees in Abu Dhabi — who have taken the Covid-19 vaccine — are no longer required to under go PCR tests every 14 days, authorities announced on Friday.
In a social media post, the Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi (ADDED), this applies to all residents who work at restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, bakeries, malls and shopping centres, butcheries, and other retailers.
Regular Covid tests remain mandatory for employees who are not yet vaccinated, and establishments must bear testing costs.
