The UAE has vaccinated 107,561 residents against Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.

The country's Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) said the total doses administered now stands at 3,114,162. This takes the rate of doses per 100 people to 31.49.


The UAE is countering the challenges posed by the rising number of Covid-19 cases and threats from the new variants of the virus with its aggressive nationwide vaccination drive. Achieving a new milestone, more than 3 million doses were administered across the country till Friday.

Getting the free Covid-19 vaccine in the UAE is simple. It takes only seven steps to get fully vaccinated against the coronavirus.


Meanwhile, about 60 per cent of Abu Dhabi’s education sector employees have been vaccinated against Covid-19.

Held between January 17 and 26, the vaccination drive was open to 222 private and charter schools throughout Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Al Dhafra region.
