The UAE has vaccinated 137,956 residents against Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.
The country's Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) said the total doses administered now stands at 3 million. This takes the rate of doses per 100 people to 30.4.

Recently, the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) held a virtual webinar targeting Dubai residents, especially high-risk groups, to educate them on the importance of Covid-19 vaccines in enhancing immunity.
The session touched on a number of topics that included: the safety of the vaccine, how it works, the customer journey and how to book an appointment.
As the pandemic enters its second year, health experts have noted an indirect but equally serious consequence: falling numbers of blood donations.
Experts have stated that blood donations are more necessary than ever during the current Covid-19 pandemic, and blood centres throughout the UAE are taking measures to ensure that donations continue in a safe manner for both donors and recipients.
