Authorities in Dubai have shut down a famous restaurant for failing to adhere to Covid-19 coronavirus precautionary measures, according to a statement issued on Friday.

Dubai Municipality in cooperation with Dubai Tourism and Dubai Economy departments closed a famous restaurant in Dubai for not adhering to Covid precautionary measures.
Photos of the restaurant show showed a crowd of people not following physical distancing rules and not wearing masks.
Earlier today, Dubai Police reported that it had fined a tour operator Dh50,000 for organising an outdoor gathering without adhering to precautionary measures.
In a video posted on social media, several four-wheel drives can be seen gathered in a desert in Dubai in violation of recent Covid-19 regulations issued by the emirate.
