Flydubai expands network to 24 destinations

Flights to Almaty and Nursultan will operate from Terminal 3, Dubai International (DXB).


Dubai-based carrier, flydubai, has expands its network to 24 routes as more countries start to lift restrictions on international travel.

Flydubai announced on Thursday the resumption of flights to Almaty and Nursultan in Kazakhstan from August 18. Earlier this week, the carrier also resumed flights to Dhaka, Djibouti and Kuwait, bringing the total number of operational routes on its network to 24 destinations.

Starting from August 18, flydubai flight FZ 1735 to Almaty International Airport (ALA) will operate twice a week on Tuesday and Friday. From August 19, flydubai flight FZ 1705 to Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport (NQZ) will operate twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday, a statement issued said.

Flights to Almaty and Nursultan will operate from Terminal 3, Dubai International (DXB).

More destinations and flight frequencies will continue to be added to the flydubai schedule over the summer subject to government approvals.
