Covid vaccine UAE: 14,742 doses administered in 24 hours

Doses per 100 people now stand at 63.57.


The UAE has administered 14,742 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine in the past 24 hours.

The country's Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) said the total doses administered now stands at 6.28 million.

This takes the rate of doses per 100 people to 63.57.

Meanwhile, Careem has launched a new feature in its app that allows customers in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman to book a ride to a vaccination site.

The new ‘Get vaccinated’ tool provides residents with detailed information from official government sources on the different vaccines being offered in the UAE, vaccine eligibility, and the timings and locations of all vaccination sites across the country.
