More than 22 million people have been reported to be infected by the novel coronavirus, Covid-19, globally, according to global trackers on Tuesday.
Global recoveries stand at over 14.7 million while over 777,000 have died from the virus, according to a Reuters tally published on Tuesday.
Infections have been reported in more than 210 countries and territories since the first cases were identified in China in December 2019.
The United States has suffered the most deaths, followed by Brazil, Mexico and India.
