A teacher is winning hearts online for not violating social distancing yet coming to the rescue of his sixth grade girl who needed help with a math problem.
A math teacher from South Dakota, US, Chris Waba drew math equations on a whiteboard outside the student's window as she looked on from behind the glass.
According to reports in ENews, the middle schooler is seen holding up a possible notebook, while Waba tries to explain to her the math problem. The extra-ordinary study session was captured by Josh Anderson, who is the girl's father and Dakota State's head football coach.
Anderson posted the photo on Twitter and wrote: 'My 6th grader emailed her math teacher for some help. So he came over & worked through the problem with her on our front porch'. According to Anderson, Waba is also their neighbour and the school's wrestling coach.
