Coronavirus: Qatar reports 1,491 new Covid-19 cases

The country currently has over 30,481 active cases.

The Ministry of Health in Qatar on Wednesday reported 1,491 cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 966 cases of recovery. It also announced an additional patient had died from coronavirus, taking the death toll from the virus to 16.

With this, the total number of recovered cases in the country stands at 6,600, while total number of people tested is at 170,437.

The country currently has over 30,481 active cases, the ministry said.
