Coronavirus: Qatar reports 235 Covid-19 cases, 221 recoveries

As many as 4,463 people were tested for Covid-19 over the last 24 hours, taking the total to 680,633.

The Qatar health ministry on Friday reported 235 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 221 recoveries. No deaths were recorded.

This takes the total recoveries in the country to 118,199, while the death tally remains unchanged at 205.

As many as 4,463 people were tested for Covid-19 over the last 24 hours, taking the total to 680,633.

There are 2,883 active cases in the country, of which 375 are in acute hospital care.
