The Bahrain health ministry has reported 658 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 523 recoveries.
Of the new cases, 82 were among expatriate workers, 570 were contacts of active cases, and six were travel related. One new death was reported. The death toll stands at 213.
As many as 11,337 Covid-19 tests were carried out on September 14, the ministry said, taking the total number of recoveries to 54,204.

There are currently 30 Covid-19 cases in a critical condition, and 124 cases receiving treatment. 6,518 cases are stable out of a total of 6,548 active cases.
