Coronavirus: Bahrain reports 643 new Covid-19 cases, 443 recoveries
As many as 7,927 Covid-19 tests were carried out on June 22.
The health ministry in Bahrain on Tuesday reported 643 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 443 recoveries.
Among the new cases, 371 were expatriate workers, 262 were contacts of active cases, and 10 were travel related.
As many as 7,927 Covid-19 tests were carried out on June 22. Total recoveries are now at 16,862.
There are currently 148 Covid-19 cases receiving treatment, of which 37 are in a critical condition. 5,443 cases are stable out of a total of 5,480 active cases.
A total of 65 deaths have been reported in the country so far.
