Of the new cases, 293 were among expatriate workers, 221 were contacts of active cases, and five were travel related.
As many as 9,114 Covid-19 tests were carried out on June 30, the ministry said.
Total recoveries now stand at 21,331, the ministry added.
There are currently 86 Covid-19 cases receiving treatment, of which 50 are in a critical condition. 5,290 cases are stable out of a total of 5340 active cases.
Three new deaths were also reported, taking the total to 87.
