The Bahrain health ministry has reported 431 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 615 recoveries.

Of the new cases, 228 were among expatriate workers, 201 were contacts of active cases, and two were travel related.

No new deaths have been reported, and the total tally remains at 104.

As many as 7,639 Covid-19 tests were carried out on July 11, the ministry said, taking the total number of recoveries to 27,828.

There are currently 53 Covid-19 cases in a critical condition, and 83 cases receiving treatment. 4,485 cases are stable out of a total of 4,760 active cases.
