Coronavirus: Bahrain reports 405 new Covid-19 cases
No new deaths were reported on Sunday.
The Bahrain health ministry has reported 405 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 322 recoveries.
Of the new cases, 160 were among expatriate workers, 241 were contacts of active cases, and four were travel related.
No new deaths were reported. The death toll stands at 170.
As many as 9,669 Covid-19 tests were carried out on August 16, the ministry said, taking the total number of recoveries to 43,128.
There are currently 41 Covid-19 cases in a critical condition, and 93 cases receiving treatment. 3,496 cases are stable out of a total of 3,537 active cases
